Background Info

King Norbert is quite unfortunate to rule over a kingdom that neighbors FEAR. Over the past few years, as Ammyth has rallied more and more soldiers to his banner, King Norbert has suffered loss after loss after loss at the hands of FEAR. The skirmishes with FEAR began when he demanded taxes and tribute from members of FEAR who were on lands he claimed to control. FEAR refused to pay tribute to any ruler and so King Norbert was forced to make an example of them lest others get ideas and begin to disobey his rule.

Norbert appointed himself king after seeing how easy it was to manipulate the people around him. He convinced them that he could provide safety and comfort to everyone as long as they all worshiped him and paid their dues. He quickly developed boundaries for his new kingdom and began ruling with great enthusiasm. His most recent achievements include becoming the leader of the newly formed North Eastern Alliance, a combination of four neighboring kingdoms with a common enemy: FEAR.

Members of the north eastern alliance look up to King Norbert as a great and glorious leader worth of the title of king. FEAR however pays the man little attention and hold relatively no respect for him. They see Norbert as a chump and small time. Norbert may be lacking compared to other leaders, but he didn’t get to where he is now on good looks. He has decided to invade FEAR, beginning with Jace Deathbringer.
