- The North Eastern Alliance is a fellowship of four small nations that have come together to rid themselves of the so called FEAR problem. The coalition formed little over a month ago, selecting King Norbert as its leader. The forces that have come together are the Remnants of the Plix Brigrade (RPB), New Berhuil Zahl (NBZ), Under the Northern Kingdom (UNK), and Kaklestaffluftwaltern Domain (Kak D).
- The Remnants of the Plix Brigrade developed the idea of the NEA and were the first to join it. They are, as their name states, all that remains of the original Plix Brigade. They wear their name with pride and believe all have heard of them. In truth, few people know what the Plix Brigade is; the Plix Brigade was the first victim to fall to FEAR and soon afterwards became known as RPB.
- Next to join the alliance was New Behuil Zahl. Generally referred to as the most ‘noobish’ of the lot, NBZ is given most of the crap assignments in the group. NBZ troops are often found digging ditches, pitching tents, polishing armor, cooking, and sewing rather than fighting on the frontlines.
- Under the Northern Kingdom came next into the group. A nation not known for its creativity, UNK is located south of another kingdom. Despite naming themselves in relation to another nation they have no ties and little contact with their namesake.
- Last to join was Kaklestaffluftwaltern Domain. Kak D, as it is often shortened to, is probably the most ambitious of the group. It is from this country that King Norbert originates. They have the best soldiers of the entire alliance, though that is not saying much, and have recently purchased catapults for the cause.
- NEA’s original goal was to forcibly persuade FEAR members to submit to their rule. However they were quite shocked when FEAR refused to submit to what they considered a mighty force; and so to show FEAR who rules these lands, they began their campaign against FEAR, starting with Jace Deathbringer.
