Background Info
Grandecapo is a humble soul who enjoys a cheerful atmosphere and spends most of his time serving customers their favorite drinks. As a boy he spent much of his time working in his father’s tavern and guarding the family distillery from local youths looking for a free drink. Due to his dedication to his assigned duties he earned the ire of resident thug and vandal Marc Immens. Immens turned most of the other kids against Grandecapo and left him with few friends growing up. He received more than his share of lumps on the chin at the hands of ruffians and tormentors but in time learned to defend himself and his family’s livelihood.

Grandecapo’s mother died while he was still young, leaving him alone with his father. He clung to his father for support and guidance and the two of them strove to make their life together as best as possible. Grandecapo did all he could for both his father and the family business. Grandecapo’s dedication and loyalty paid off as he gained the respect of the community as a decent and honest fellow. It was always said that you could trust the word of Grandecapo to be as strong and hard as the special family liquor his father served.

As their fair and honest reputation grew, his father left for the Relian Empire in an attempt to expand the business. Tragically, his father never returned nor was he heard from again. Most people from the town consider him dead and gone, a victim of the road, but Grandecapo still hopes to see his father again some day. Grandecapo joined up with FEAR shortly after and appreciates the close knit camaraderie he has found there. When FEAR calls upon him he answers and fights stalwartly with his new found friends, but he prefers to spend his time serving drinks and bringing some comfort and relaxation to his customers. Grandecapo welcomes all with a smile to the tavern, and hopes that every time the door opens it will be his father returning home.
