Not sure if I'm the first person this has happened to, but I just got an email telling me PM box was full. I basically just deleted everything in there, since most of it was rather old at this point anyway.
But, for whoever DID try and message me, I should be able to get it now.
MSJ, I don't know if there is a way to increase the limits to the PM box or not. If yes, that would be nice to do.
Happened to me too, a while ago.
The limit is minuscule and the deleted items folder doesn't auto empty.
I'll look into it, my pm inbox never filled up yet..

How is that possible? I've had to clear mine 2 or 3 times now jsut from PMing with you.
Hmm maybe admins have unlimited? I have over 9 pages worth of PMs
I had about that many. I don't think I had gotten a new one since you changed my rights. I think regular users are limited to 100 messages total.
the limit was set to 200 messages. You guys need to tidy up!
I changed it to 1000.

Saw it from another thread somewhere.
When we were stuck on that island... I had to clear my PM's 2 times from all the PMs. It seemed that even if I deleted them they counted towards the space taken - I had to delete the deleted file to erase them enough to stay in the green... I figured you folks new about it since at the time I was new to the site and for me to get into the red/critical back then you folks can't be keeping too many secrets from each other! I guess thats a good thing... unless you are a demon hell bent on killing everyone you can reach...
EDIT - I'm not sure if it is the quantity of emails --I think it is more to the length of the messages themselves, which can get long quickly when you reply back and forth doubling the size of each file.
