I've added an RSS feed on the homepage so that you can receive updates on when there's some new stuff on the site. I put this up after receiving a request.
Personally I don't use feeds so this was my first time working with them. If you use some, let me know how this one compares to others.
Also if you use some other kind of "subscription" service to other websites, let me know so that I can add it to this one.
I don't use RSS feeds either. I guess my question is what parts is it looking for updates to? If the forums are included, that should generally be going off every time you open your browser. (Assuming that's how it works.)
There are different features in a feed and as far as I know I created the most basic (made it from scratch

)
I manually update what the feeder sends so I'm just copying and pasting the news into it. So it should go off twice a week.
Looking at tying it into facebook and twitter.
