It's actually snowing here right now. Nothing major, nor will it add up to a whole lot, but expect to see on the news tomorrow about all the wrecks and general mayhem in Atlanta caused by the snow and ice.

A little bit goes a very long way here in wreaking havoc. We just aren't equipped to deal with it. It was just warm enough to have the snow melt on as it came down on the roads earlier and get them wet, but it's all going to freeze tonight and not get above freezing tomorrow. Black ice galore.
Yea, it'd be snowing here if it wasn't so dry. It was 20 out when I walked to class today. I know that's nothing compared to yall up north, but it doesn't get that cold here.
I was walking outside without gloves yesterday holding on to my dear new lego set and I've never felt fingers go so numb before.

I could tap them against anything and not feel a thing, they were turning blue/purple in color too.
reports of -17 degree C aroung where i live brr
Scotland is 1 degree warmer than the pole!

Ireland has run outta grit for the roads

And England well...

Yeah, Burklert over there moaning about a little bit of cold.. I had to drive the length of Scotland and England to get home last week. All our schools are closed, but our grit is being reserved for main roads only.
I shoveled snow halfway up my calf last night...
Thankfully, we don't get snow where i come from.
We had maybe 1/2 inch in a few spot around Atlanta, but the ice shut down large sections of town. It wasn't as much as they originally predicted. I would not have been able to go to work today if there had been much more.

I did get to pelt my boss inside with a snowball though.
We didn't get snow. We got rain. the Temperature double here last night. Went up to 40. It was in the 30's all day, but just not cold enough to snow or freeze. It did rain all night though. Mostly everything was soggy and flooded today.
