Wow, that place is almost as good as TV-Links was.

Most of those TV Shows don't actually have links, and when they do, a lot of them are deleted Megavideo links.
TV-Links was sweet because it actually had linked episodes of everything.
Including such obscure titles as "Monkey Magic", "Ready or Not", every anime ever created, etc etc etc.
They prefered Veoh and Dailymotion Links which are awesome because it's incredibly rare that a Veoh or Dailymotion link goes stale.
The reason Dailymotion isn't so great is because it is literally impossible to search. You could search for "Friends EP101", and there could be a video entitled "Friends EP101" and you'd get zero search results.
I've been using this to catch up on the star wars clone wars series going on. It's actually better then I thought. Interesting even.

I like TV Shack also but if you want to search many sites then goto
Online Video Guide (OVG) it helps search the sites. You may see some pay sites also but there are alot of free shows easily search-able.
