I took Friday off, and we went up to Blue Ridge Georgia, and rented a large (I mean huge) cabin up there with my parents and sister and husband and their two young boys.
We rode a train through the mountains Saturday morning, about a 45 minute trip, and had Santa, Frosty and Rudolph walk through. Just long enough to actually be a ride, but not too long to have the kids get bored.
Then last night it snowed, so my kids and my sister's oldest (a little over 3 years old) ran around playing in the snow. It was awesome. There was no snow here at my house, but we could see a few snow capped peaks as we drove around this afternoon. It was really just a light dusting, but that huge for Georgia this early.
I'll probably have a few pictures and maybe a video up later.
