Seems websense has listed this site under tobacco and alcohol thus making it inaccessable to some users at their work.
I'll see if I can get it off the list...looks doubtful though unless I remove the drink reviews.

It's more of a proxy than a piece of software. Your internet connection goes through it and your access to sites can be limited by what category it falls under. There is no software on your local machine, so you can't get around it unless you have an unlisted 3rd party proxy server.... or if you trick your plant network into thinking you're in an unrestricted user group.
hmm guess I should of looked into this thing a bit more...thought it was software but I only took a quick look at their site.

Load the site through that. You might not be able to post, but... you can at least look at stuff.
Oh, another thing you can do is use the IP address or a different domain name to access the site. For example, I couldn't go to tribalwars.com but I could go to innogames.de, which was the same thing.
so get a new domain that redirects all traffic to here?
They might be filtering by IP, 72.167.183.31 is the Tavern's IP.
See if they can connect to that.
When my websense page pops up, it shows the IP address at the top of the screen.
