Ok I just read Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10 by Marcus Luttrell
This book was good and an easy read too. It is basically a documentary of Luttrell's time in Iraq and a particular mission in which all his SEAL team were killed. He discusses a lot about the actual greuling training they have to do to become SEALS and how that extensive training really bonded them together like family.
What I thought was particularly interesting was his comments regarding the US media and the treatment of civilians which he believes is what cost all those guy's lives.
Since the book he went through extensive rehab and was awarded the purple heart. I guess early this year his dog was shot by some guys and he chased after them with 2 9 mm barettas. Nice huh? Anyways thats not part of the book.
I give the book 2 thumbs up. I think I finished it in a weekend so like I said its an easy read.
