i hated the idea of letting my account go to someone else even with the outstanding players who surrounded me in fear. My suggestion would be to make sure you go out one your terms so either do what senator said and delete or do what senator said and get banned. That way you own a lot of people and your villages will be very difficult to take for enemy tribes. That was going to be my plan once the Bloc was defeated. Unfortunately i was banned unlawfully. Infact i just realised i lost 20 dollars with of premium and never followed that up. Damnation!
I usually let my tribe members noble my villages... either that or I unleash hell on somebody near me and then delete.

Muhahaha has a point... from what I hear W8 (and all old worlds for that matter) are kinda dead... nobody would really notice that you are not active, or care. Just gobble up abandons and become a big fat turtle.
