See, in the states you barely have any barren land. We have a tenth the population of the States, and we cover a larger area.
So, literally, we have a tenth the money to spend developing a larger chunk of land. If it were up to me we'd just screw trying to develop Inukshaluk and Trukshillukmalluk and just concentrate on where people actually live. If you live in a town of 10 spanning 80 billion acres, you shouldn't get shat unless you move somewhere else.
