Ive just seen a few of the movies. Holy grail being my favorite.
'Back in my day...'
Haha. I love that sketch Rojerton. They were only underappreciated cause the church slammed them so hard for 'Life of Brian'. They even had a go at the 'God' references in 'Holy Grail'. The 70s was not good for controvertial films. If released today, they'd be the best thing ever seen..
For those that dont know it. Sorry about subtitles. Best quality I could find..
Just for the record, I'm posting this before watching the skit.
Is that the one where they keep saying "goooooorn" and "that's a good woody word", and "Abegail you old beast"?
If so, yeah, 4 Yorkshire Men is still the best. I'd rate the Cheese Shop above that one too, but it's definitely in my top 20.
Dirty Vicar, "Trouble at the Mill", Dead Parrot, Getting Eaten by an Alligator Contest, etc etc etc.
Erm, I dont know. Not watched it in years..
It's the one where they're moaning about the youth of today and how hard it was for them back in the days of their youth.
Yeah, 4 Yorkshire Men is, the one you posted is the one I was describing.
I think what rojerton is really saying, is that he thinks that manuscript may be worth about $5 but he'll be generous and give you $10 for it.
I'll give you $15 for it though.
