I think we all know what flavor of feminists I'm talking about here.
Two hundred years ago or so little girls weren't allowed to eat potatoes, till one day some nice old granny said "but please sir, the women-folk can't do any trouble with simple potato eating, I beg you to reconsider". That simple act of humanity has resulted in some of the most ridiculous women to ever speak in public.
The early feminists would be ashamed of the freaks that are running around these days, and for good reason.
Here's a few examples of the kinds of feminists I think are insane:
1) Women who punch you in the face for holding a door open.
2) Women who specifically try to force women into occupations they wouldn't normally consider.
3) Women who burn their bras.
4) Women who think they should have different rules apply to them, so that they have a statistically "equal" chance of success in certain situations.
Here's why:
1 - If you're conceited enough to think that the only reason someone holds a door open for you is because you're a woman, you're also an idiot. Here's a list of the kinds of people I hold doors open for:
- people directly behind me as I walk in the door
- people with wheelchairs/walkers/canes who are being dropped off in front of the door I am currently walking though
Unfortunately, that may or may not include a retard who thinks I'm discrediting her humanity by my simple act of efficiency.
Not to mention that having a door held open is a lot nicer than having it slam, only to force you to re-open it. Most women appreciate common courtesy. Being offended by courtesy makes you a moron.
2 - Know what, there's jobs that men are more prone to than women. For example, noodling for catfish. To "noodle" for catfish you have to move your fingers around in the mud till some 100-odd pound catfish tried to eat your hand. Then you rip it out of the water with your bare hands and throw it into a nearby canoe or dock. Statistically more men are capable of doing this than women. Don't give me "oh I know a few women who can beat you up! there's lots of strong women!", because I'll give you at least 10 men who can beat me up for every woman you're able to find.
Men are statistically:
stronger
faster
better at math/physics
don't take work issues personally
Which is why there is one female engineer for every thirty men, which is also why there's one female lumberjack for every fifty men.
So, what do the school do for women to make it better? They give special "women scholarships" that you get simply for being a woman. Now personally, while I was in school, I didn't mind. I wished there were more women in the program too! But seriously.... do you see the problem? In engineering women are preferred to men during hiring, period. A woman with a 3 year college diploma for "engineering technology" can get the same job a guy with a 4 year university degree in engineering at some places *cough*generalmotors*cough*. Guess what? You get women who can't do the job and break down when they can't get their projects done. I'm not joking, I've seen it. Can you blame the woman herself? No, she just took the program that was shoved down her throat since she decided to take a math class beyond grade 10.
3 - I never understood this. It bothers me that women think the bra is an invention that men created to restrain women. Two problems with that:
- a woman invented the bra, to provide relief to women
- how does a bra politically/sociologically restrain women?
It doesn't restrain women, it makes them look the way they like to look. It gives them better posture which leads to a better quality of life.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I wanted to oppress women I'd probably outlaw bras. Then I'd set up video cameras over every treadmill at the gym.
It's just the distorted view that we're tying women to this image, and that image has a bra. Denying that image is like denying that a woman is physically different than a man. I guess pregnancy is another one of man's evil plots.
4 - Ah, the finisher... Ok, this is the twisted belief that women should have the rules altered so that the endgame stats better match the male population. So, for example:
Men are physically stronger than women, if 30% of men are powerful enough to pass the physical endurance tests required to become a firefighter. 0.01% of women are capable of passing the same tests of physical endurance. So, what these twisted feminists are trying to push (in federal courts) is that the tests a woman should take should limit them to the same percentage. Hence, 30% of women should be able to pass also. Hence, a female firefighter may be FAAAAR less physically capable than the previous requirements.
Does that sound right? No. It sounds moronic. I heard the court case, the feminists were making the following claims:
- Men are refusing to invent an electric axe because then more women would be able to do the job. What the hell would an electric axe even do?
- Women generally can't carry a 200lb person on their shoulder and walk down/up a staircase, but they may be able to drag said person by the legs. So that's what they should do. They also claimed that it's saver to be dragged through a burning building, because of the smoke. Give me a break.
Sure sure, studies have been done that show that men are still paid slightly higher than a woman in the same position, but those same studies also show that the men have been working the job longer .....probably because men have been in the work force longer. So, generally, the men working "the same job" as the woman is only getting paid more because he's been doing it for longer (yearly raises... duh).
Know what, things are as equal as possible. New age radical feminists are useless. Everyone's been playing the discrimination card too long. Now there are public women-only gyms and public unisex gyms. That's right, stuff women can do that guys can't, and not the other way around. Do the men care? Heck no. So stop looking for a needle in the haystack and get back to sleep.
