Let's get the bad out of the way first. I picked the picture above because it clearly shows one major flaw in this film. WHY THE HELL DO WOLVERINES CLAWS LOOK FAKE!!??? They got it right in the 3 other movies but for some reason it looks like some lazy ass made these claws. They're huge, look like plastic and just don't fit well in some scenes (think of when he's trying them out in the washroom).

Now before I continue I'll warn you that I'm not a huge X-men fan so I'm not familiar with the cartoon series or the comic book series. For me this movie is what introduced me to Wolverines past and from that point of view I'd say it was a very enjoyable story and entertaining movie.

The beginning starts off with a pretty slow scene but once baby wolverine is introduced the movie kicks off with some great music and quick scenes of Wolverine and his brother fighting through over 100 years worth of wars. Awesome way to start the movie off.

The story itself was well paced I found and kept you interested the whole time without sacrificing story for more action scenes. The ending was a bit crazy and caught me by surprise with a few plot twists but still very fun to watch fight scenes. I kind of wished they would of shown more of Gambit though as he wasn't in the other 3 movies and could have at least had ONE good fight scene in this one...and he's not even french or a player, WTF?

Also I have quite a few problems with the "improvements" made on the ultimate weapon...I can't mention them without spoiling some parts of the movie but just think about Project 11's "wrist" limitations and you'll know what I'm talking about I hope.

Overall, if you've only seen the X-men movies and haven't bothered with all the rest of the x-men franchise then you will probably enjoy this movie. It's great to watch, fun and a well balanced film.
I liked this movie as well.

There are actually 2 extra scenes at the end. One part way through the credits, and then one at the very end of the credits.

It also seems like different theaters had different end scenes. We watched it and had one scene at the very end, and a friend of mine saw it and had a different scene at the very end. I haven't looked into this further to find out how many different scenes there may be.
Yeah I saw one extra scene about 2 mins after credits started rolling and I heard there was another scene way at the end that I missed Sad
Too bad for you!!! You should have know better from the previous X-Men films.
