I'll blame no other country. Sure outside influence has damaged many countries. But for Ireland, our greatest enemy was ourselves. No other country could manage to do the damage we have sown on our own nation.
Too many people were too happy to ignore the false wealth everyone seemed to be reveling in without questioning the true value of homes and other assets.
