the tavern was more active back before the crash has occured and now in the current days it is being as inactive as tw. althought after the crash their were some moments of activness. the coming of phaidra, i going to 50% warning level and the opening of the game section. anybody want to post ideas to make the tavern more active?

I'd watch video of members hitting themselves in the face with hammers. Can we also start a series of hitting a fellow member in the face with a hammer on video?
On topic, I've been doin' my best to contribute to involvement with post like the question of the day and the ^ game. I'm not sure how else to increase traffic iwthout something interesting to talk about on here. I think a reason for the drop off right now is that everyone seems to be really busy. New comics would help, but I know MSJ is busy. Most everyone has something going on. School is coming to a close for alot of people so the end of the semester is always a little busier and for some reason work seems to get a little busier at this point to. I'd say give it time and people will start comin' back.
We actually have more traffic compared to before the forum crash.
It's just that members are more interested in reading the threads and looking at the updates instead of posting.
Of course another idea would be for you guys to invite more members to this site. The tavern is open to anyone so if you have some friends you think would like to join us, bring them in! (except for ggeorge's friends, I can't imagine those being here)

I've had my time taken up pretty well of late, but I will try and add some random topics and silliness to liven things back up, when things calm down for me.
And I agree with MSJ (scary). I'd like to request george hitting himself with a hammer as well. If you don't knock yourself unconscious for at least 15 minutes then you didn't hit yourself hard enough and need to do it again. I've got a 15 pounds sledge hammer if you need to borrow it.
