I think we can all use a nerdgasm. Two things I didn't like in this one though

Anyone else feel like they watched a Warhammer video, but in Star Wars style? Up until the random lightsaber battle, that is..
Also, why wouldn't the droidwalkers shield up and rape, like they're meant to do?
Also, since when can a hand stop a lightsaber? Utter bullshit.

Not overly impressed.

yeah wasn't a fan of the hand stopping the lightsaber part.

Maybe it was a ......light-hand.... glove...saber...

I also didn't like how they colored the "force bubble" at the end. Made it look too much like a energy blast in DBZ.

I hate it when people get away with doing stuff just because it looks cool.

Guy 1: "Wouldn't it be awesome if she stopped a lightsaber with her hand!!?"

Guy 2: "OMASDGASDGFG!! That would be awesome!!!"

Guy 3: "Does that even make sense?"

Guy 1: "Why not? Darth Vader stopped a blaster bolt with his hand"

Guy 3: "Yeah but it was a blast, and he had a mechanical hand. It's like shooting a wall"

Guy 2: "Ok just got the team together, let's DO this!! The fans will go craaaazy!!!"

Guy 3: "sigh" *walk away

So I saw this on E3 and watched the gameplay video they have up on their site. Its pretty much settled both me and my roommate are playing.

I"d have to agree with the hand stopping the lightsaber isn't right. And another thing, why didn't one of the republic troopers just shoot the sith? There was a bit where 2 troopers take cover by a tree around 5 feet from where the jedi and the sith are fighting.

One of them couldn't just shoot him? He was pretty pre-occupied with his lightsaber duel.

Thats the thing I dont like about star wars. Whenever the lightsabers come out, it seems that the rest of the people in/around them take leave of common sense.

They say, "Oh boy, lightsaber duel. Lets just leave them alone."

Instead, they could: "Hrm? Lightsaber duel? *Pew pew* *Sith dies* Jedi moves on to assist in another part of the battle"


Maybe I'm reading too far into that, but in ANY MMO, if(use WoW as an example) I saw 2 Warriors fighting it out(and I'm on my mage) I'd throw spells at the enemy warrior to help my guy out.

Tricky has a point.. You would help out, especially against something so rapey as a lightsaber weilding sith.. Cause you know if your jedi loses, you're beyond fucked.

yeah but you forget. It would look awful in a trailer lol
