Arbeit macht frei means work shall set you free. These words hung over the gates of the concentration camp at Auschwitz during World War II. And your answer was a little too obscure and specific with that date to not be suspicious. Not saying you did look it up, but it seems fishy.... Anyway, maybe it just came up in class or you just know random obscure things.
Today's Question: We already had a question of what are the five largest countries in the world based on size. Today's question is, What are the five largest countries in the world based on population?

Stop asking! If you don't know the answer don't go looking it up to post it. The point of this topic is to challenge your knowledge. Not yours or your teachers google skills.
Stop cheating. And you looked up this answer too didn't you?

I know the top 2, but beyond that, I would be guessing.
China, India, Russia, US, and Germany?
As for george having looking everything up, I thought we already established that he is not as smart as he wants everyone to think he is.

lol the only 2 things which i didnt ask about were the questions about countries. senator for me being smart i am 14 what is yoiur age 26? 12 years of accumilating knowledge and 4-6 years of work can make someone smarter.

You seem to mix up being smart with being a smart ass. Trying to be a smart ass, you entirely suceed at, you just aren't a very good one. As for being smart, can't really say for sure as you seem to have to ask everyone else for answers, but you are definitely an idiot.
Intelligence is not based on age, knowledge somewhat is. The point of the questions is to test people's personal knowledge, not how "smart" they are directly, like you keep trying to do by having everyone else answer the questions for you.

The top five countries by population are, as ggeorge posted, China, India, U.S., Indonesia, and Brazil. I was rather shocked at this list. I didn't think the U.S. was that high and I never would have even thought of Indonesia. Europe doesn't make the list until around #18 with Germany.
Today's Question: This question came from my dad. What nation lost it's permanent seat on the UN Security council around 20 years ago and who were they replaced by?
I don't know the answer so I am also going to guess. Actually...I have no idea. I didn't know any nation lost that position so I don't even know where to begin. This may have been mentioned by someone already when the last UN Security Council question was asked, but I don't think it was. Good luck with this one.

I'm guessing China was the new addition and maybe Germany, or more correctly for the time West Germany was the country replaced.

Okay, I looked up the answer nd the question was more than a bit tricky. It seems thatteachnically 2 nations have lost there seats and been replaced. The USSR lost it's seat wand was replaced by Russia and The Repulic of China's seat was in question for awhile as civil war raged and both ides claimed control. Eventually The People's Republic of China was awarded the seat. Sorry I missed yesterday's post. I was a little busy with some things.
