Yea. That is very strange.
They might have them blacked out on the inside or something like that to make them less reflective. Or they might have Plexiglass on the front (like many old buildings that want to protect their windows) that make them less reflective.
Or the drapes are closed. Hmmmmmmmm...
I wanna do this.
